FAQ

Questions worth answering before the brief.

What exactly does Eva do?

Eva is a Creative Director & Senior Art Director. She develops the concept and visual direction for campaigns, brand films, activations and identities, then art-directs them through production.

Does she work directly with brands, or only through agencies?

Both. Eva currently works client-side inside agency teams (most recently Serviceplan, on Lufthansa Global, and DDB Berlin, on Volkswagen Global), and also takes on independent, direct-to-brand projects - as with Surf Camp LT and Big Wave Alliance.

Can she join an existing creative or production team?

Yes - this is one of her two core ways of working. She is available for select freelance collaborations with agencies and brands, joining creative teams when a fresh perspective or extra concept strength is needed.

Can she lead her own team on a project?

On independent and brand-identity projects, yes. [INFORMATION NEEDED: confirm whether Eva wants to explicitly offer to lead a hired production team, or keep the emphasis on joining existing teams, so this answer can be worded precisely.]

Does she handle production, or concept only?

Both, depending on the project. Case studies on this site include concept-only contributions and full art direction through production - see each case study’s “Eva’s contribution” section for specifics, several of which are marked as pending confirmation.

What industries does she specialise in?

Automotive, travel & airlines, retail & FMCG, technology/privacy, and surf & ocean culture - spanning global advertisers (Volkswagen, Lufthansa) and independent culture brands (Surf Camp LT, Big Wave Alliance).

Where is she based, and does she work internationally?

Eva is based in the Berlin metropolitan area and in Nazáré, Portugal, and works internationally, remotely or on set.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on the scope. Smaller projects can take a few days, while larger campaigns or brand projects typically run for 2-6 weeks. I’m also available for longer-term collaborations and ongoing creative support.

How can someone check availability or start a project?

Book a call directly, email contact@povilauskaite.studio, or use the contact page - every project starts with a conversation about the story, the vision, and the best way to bring it to life.
