The challenge
The industry needed a genuine community hub for its young talent - a place for people with the motivation to exchange, the energy to create positive change, and the drive to push the industry toward its next generation.
The idea
Build SQUAD as that hub: a branded community platform under GWA’s Young Board, giving young industry talent a shared identity and a reason to show up for each other, not just for their individual agencies.

Eva was the initiator and branding lead of the project.
